Baptism

Baptism class is held every other month in the Faith Formation Center, Epworth. Contact Lynne McDermott at 876.5540 for more information and to register.  Click on the link below for the Baptism form to fill out.

Infant/Child* Baptism at St. Elizabeth Pastorate

(*Younger than 8 years old) Congratulations on choosing to have your child baptized in the Catholic Church! This is the best thing you can do for your child.  To schedule and prepare for this Sacrament, you will need to:

• Be a parish member, or have a family connection to St. Elizabeth Pastorate. If you are new to the parish you will need to complete a registration form.  Forms are available on line.
• If this is your First Child you are required to attend Baptism class.  These are held on the third Thursday every other month in the Faith Formation Building at 7:00 PM in Epworth.
